We had the chance to install our brewery in a 800 years old farm in Spy located in Wallonia, south Belgium.
The brewery is not opened to the public except during events advertised on our Facebook page.
Private visits can be organized for groups of minimum 20 people.
We are now proudly brewing 100% of our beer production. Everything is handmade and no automation is involved to make sure the brewing gets our entire attention and we have absolute control over what is produced.
Handwork is the real basis of craftmanship and the only way to truly preserve it.
Whatever the beer we are brewing, whether it's a classic style or a modern style, our only focus is quality.
We source the best ingredients we can, whether they are available locally such as ancien local types of cereals or whether we have to go abroad to pick the latest US hops.
To match the heavy Belgian legacy, we established our brewing in a farm that dates back over 800 years ago. It's a wonderful and inspiring place where we brew both modern style as well as traditional wallonian beers such as saisons and grisettes.
