We are now proudly brewing 100% of our beer production. Everything is handmade and no automation is involved to make sure the brewing gets our entire attention and we have absolute control over what is produced.
Handwork is the real basis of craftmanship and the only way to truly preserve it.
While we pay extra attention to our brewing procedures, this alone wouldn't yield quality beer by itself if using poorly produced ingredients. Therefore we pay extra attention to the ingredients we select, whether they are US hops coming from thousands or kilometers away or raw organic cereals from Baré farm a little more than 5km away.
To match the heavy Belgian legacy, we established our brewing in a farm that dates back over 800 years ago. It's a wonderful and inspiring place where we brew both modern style as well as traditional wallonian beers such as saisons and grisettes.
